REIKI
I have been an avid Reiki practitioner since receiving my Levels 1 & 2 attunements and certification in July of 2024. Since that moment, I have worked to practice on a daily basis, either with an individual in need directly or providing distance Reiki where appropriate.
I received my Master Level attunements and certification in February 2025 achieving the rank of Reiki Shinpiden.
Sound
I was introduced to Sound Healing during a trip to Joshua Tree, CA, where I experienced my first sound bath. It was a truly transformative encounter and one that has been a prominent memory for me since. Over the years, I found myself seeking Sound Healing more and more and eventually decided to pursue some formal training of my own.
Working with the prestigious Sound Healing Academy in the UK, I received both the textbook and practical education in working with vibrational energy to help heal others. In March 2025, I acquired my Level 1 Foundations of Integral Sound Healing Certification.
Energy
In addition to Reiki and Sound Healing, I also work with other modalities in regards to energy work and Energy Healing. Drawing mainly from Taoist, shamanic, and druidic traditions, I seek to help others heal from the inside. Whether its someone in need of a cleansing or someone with their chakras out of balance, I work with the energies of the Earth and Cosmos to help bring stability and Serenity.
As a scholar of the Taoist, shamanic, and druidic arts I am constantly educating myself on new methods of healing and helping others. I find using a broad spiritual palette helps achieve more comprehensive healing and support.

QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a hypnotherapy method developed by the late Dolores Cannon that works to help people connect with their Subconscious mind or Higher Self to facilitate healing and find answers. A session guides an individual into a deep hypnotic state to explore past lives and/or the spirit world, access inner wisdom, and gain clarity about their life purpose. The process is also used to directly address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues providing healing where necessary.

I am currently and gladly accepting new clients, either individual or group. I see my individual clients and groups up to five at the Whole Healing Space in downtown Manitou Springs. This space is located at 1141 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829. Larger groups I can see by appointment.
